The Bangor YMCA offers a large selection of group exercise classes for those ages 14 years and up! Choose from land-based or aquatic classes, cardiac rehab, adapted fitness, even martial arts. Maybe you need a little more help? Make an appointment with one of our personal trainers available for kids and adults. Adult memberships include Unlimited Group Exercise Classes!  Unless otherwise noted.

We have listened to you and are making an important change that you have wanted.

Starting March 4, 2013, our Fitness Classes will be for Members Only. You will no longer have to register for classes, but just know it will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. Also, our fitness schedule will remain consistent unless otherwise notified, and will no longer run in a 13-week series. This will simplify things for our members and allow us to better serve you. Thank you for telling us what you want! We Listen!

Group Power is your hour of power! This barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors.
