The Bangor YMCA offers a large selection of group exercise classes for those ages 14 years and up! Choose from land-based or aquatic classes, specialty training groups, cardiac rehab, adapted fitness, even martial arts. Maybe you need a little more help? Make an appointment with one of our personal trainers available for kids and adults.  Or check out Full Body Group Training.  FBGT is an affordable option to get more specialized attention in a smaller group setting.  Each session is limited to 7 participants.  See below for more details.
