Cardiac Rehab
Adult Rehabilitation
The Bangor YMCA Rehabilitation Center is monitored by trained Y staff and medical personnel to ensure a safe environment. Bangor YMCA membership is required. Cardiac Rehabilitation is a group exercise program designed to support individuals with cardiovascular / heart disease and those with high cardiac risk factors. Each class is led by trained, qualified instructors and monitored by registered nurses or emergency response personnel, all ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certified. A doctor’s referral is required. Members only.
